| Bomb explosion in a van in front of Colombo harbor |

 (Lanka-e-News, September 29, 2008, 4.45 PM) A bomb blast took place in a van in front of Colombo harbor near Khan clock tower around 12.30 today.
The van was in the car park before Sony building. Six vehicles were damaged in the blast and two persons were rushed to hospital with minor injuries.
Police arrested the owner of the van named Wilson for questioning. The number of the van is 52-2716.
The wife of the arrested person works in police, reports say
