| 19 persons fleeing from LTTE held territory surrender to Sri Lanka Navy |

(Lanka-e-News, October 28, 2008, 11.45 PM) Media Center for National Security (MCNS) announced that 19 refugees fleeing from LTTE-held territory arrived in Mandathivu Island in Mannar Sea and surrendered themselves to Sri Lanka Navy. The group belonged to six families and they included six males and 11 females.
