| 'Fasters' pulling a fast one on the country and the world? |

(Lanka-e-News, July 10, 2010, 10.05AM) A member of the NFF, Senaratne De Silva who staged a non stop fast with others against the Committee appointed by the UN Secretary General and until it is withdrawn, had Thursday (8),left the fasting platform, and was seen gourmandizing at the Parliament canteen today along with other MPs.
He took his noon meals with a former MP of the NFF.
Meanwhile,NFF leader Weerawansa had commenced his non stop fast unto death from yesterday . For his needs, a temporary latrine has been constructed at his place of fast.
There are so many in the country without proper latrine facilities, this should give them an idea to start a fast( not pull a fast one , of course! ) if they are to get a latrine facility from the Govt.

Weerawansa's fast or pulling a fast one apart, he has done a good deed by instilling into the poor people the idea as to how to solve their latrine problem.
