For the wrongs committed by a few the entire forces cannot be tarnished -Fonseka tears into Rajapakses in his maiden speech (video -Part 1)

should be investigated before foreign monitors says he

(Lanka-e-News -11.March.2016, 11.30) The charges mounted against the forces that during the final phase of the war , those who came to surrender carrying white flags were murdered should compulsorily  be subjected to an international investigation before foreign monitors ,and duly punished , because the image of the forces in general who won the war cannot be allowed to be tarnished owing to the wrongs committed by a few , Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka the former commander of the army who led the country to victory , revealed  when making his maiden speech in parliament yesterday after becoming an  M.P.

While making the historic statement ,the Field Marshal  Fonseka went on to expose how they ran short of bullets when fighting the war because of the plunders and robberies committed by the Rajapakses.  He also disclosed how Gotabaya fell at the feet of the former defense minister , while  the former first lady was occupied with chasing flies.  The field Marshal also insisted that the culprits who were responsible for the murders of Lasantha and Raviraj shall be investigated and duly punished , for which murders the Rajapakses are seeking to pin the blame on him (Sarath Fonseka).

The Field Marshal in his one hour long explosive and explicit speech declared if Mahinda Rajapakse says he is prepared to slit his stomach , he (Fonseka) is ready to give him a razor to do that. It was specially noteworthy that during his speech no one in the audience dared to interrupt . They listened with pindrop silence when he  tore into the  Rajapakses and pulverized their illusive  pedestal.

Video footage of  Fonseka’s first part of speech is hereunder. Other parts also in homepage
