(Lanka-e-News -30.July.2016, 11.30PM) At about 5.00 yesterday early morning our phone rang in London. The caller at the other end was a media comrade.
'What you said is right brother, this march is indeed a damp squib,' he said.
'Brother , from where are you speaking ?' we asked .
‘We have come to Utuwan kanda from Colombo. The march was commenced here today(29). Yet not even 1500 people have gathered. So we are waiting until we gather the crowds. Now we are already one hour late. The time now in Sri Lanka (SL) is 9.00 a.m.’ the media comrade explained.
When we contacted our Lanka e news inside information division reporter who was among the marchers , he too echoed the same opinion.
The Rajapakse brigand marchers finally had started their march an hour later. Even half of the crowd that was there day before yesterday were not yesterday, when the march commenced- at the most the crowd was below 1500 people. No sooner the march started than Namal Rajapakse appeared suddenly as though from nowhere. After walking a short distance he again did the vanishing trick .Finally he was seen only at yesterday’s concluding stages of the march near Nelumdeniya. Of course some crowds joined the march in between at places like Kegalle , but in any case the crowd was only about 2000 people .This crowd was much lesser than day before yesterday’s.
Machiavellian , mendacious Mahinda Rajapakse the Medamulana the ‘naaki make- up karaya’ who travelled by jeep first day , after being criticized , walked with the marchers about 600-700 meters at the beginning , and thereafter got into a vehicle and he too did the vanishing trick. The common adage is ‘like father like son.’ Now with the withered and wilted old papa , it is ‘like son like father.’- Father imitating the son.
Gammanpila and Weerawansa behaved even worse. This accomplished cheat knew the tricks even better. Wherever there seemed to be a crowd , they alighted from the vehicle and walked a short distance with them . Then next moment them too had vanished into thin air after getting into them vehicle. Dinesh Gunawardena the ‘loud speaker’ who makes a huge din about united opposition was also nowhere around during the last two days. Display of ‘Wanted’ notices also could not trap him even yesterday. At least Namal appeared momentarily and disappeared .
Following the announcement through the UNP and SLFP secretaries in unison , that the two parties are going to be together for five years instead of two years , and that both President and the Prime Minister are of the same opinion , the small pro Rajapakse politicos sans indictments who nursed hopes and waited to mount the SLFP-UNP bandwagon fell crash on to the rocky ground after the consensual agreement was announced.
The ‘dead rope’ given to these opportunists by the Rajapakses was , before the two year agreement of the national government is over , they would by demonstrating the power of the Rajapakse group and pull out the SLFP faction from within the government , in order to form a new government .
These hopeful politicos who swallowed the ‘dead rope’ have now turned desperate and panic stricken after the announcements made by the secretaries of the two parties, are holding discussions with Maithri .One of these opportunists however participated in yesterday ‘s march, but he was avoiding the media cameras while all others were stampeding to get their faces captured by the media cameras. He really travelled more on wheels rather than on foot .
What irked and irritated the masses was while they were marching and sweating it out , their leaders were happily travelling in vehicles. It was only the poor masses who were ‘bought’ with cash walked and suffered.
The most disappointing feature of this much hyped march was , not a single political slogan was shouted (perhaps because they had no honest political agenda) . Only they described Ranil as a buffalo. While this was being shouted , Namal Rajapakse danced and wriggled like a worm cut into pieces, amidst cheers.
At least Ranil is a truly qualified lawyer unlike Namal the black coated shark who is a synthetic lawyer having passed the law exam via rackets. In the circumstances when these buffoons were dancing and shouting Ranil is a buffalo , the people calling Namal a donkey with a capital D cannot be avoided. This is because even the worst enemy of Ranil does not describe him as a buffalo , because he/she knows he is anything but that (the video footage herein testifies).
Meanwhile president Maithripala Sirisena made a very interesting and intriguing statement …
‘ I for one will never while being president go on a march until my soles are wasted to re capture power . If one has governed duly and properly for 11 years , why should one walk until the soles are wasted struggling and clamoring to capture power again.’
Let us conclude this report with an answer we gave to a southern politico of SL when he inquired by phoning us in London about the march …..
The southern politico said ,the Rajapakse brigand including Dallas Alahaperuma are carrying on a publicity campaign that on the last day of the march when nearing Colombo , at Kiribathgoda with about 300,000 people they will be laying siege to Colombo , referring to this ,he asked our opinion in that regard.

'' Mahathhayo, on May 1st , the Rajapakses could only gather about 15000 people at Kirilapone. Hence tomorrow it is going to be less and not more .If Dallas can muster a crowd of at least one tenth of 300,000 we will gift our Lanka e news free to him. Like how a river does not flow backwards , the society too does not move backwards. Hence the people will never ever hand over the reins of power again to notorious corrupt and criminal Rajapakses who under the pretext of war , killed thousands of innocents while knowing they were not terrorists in order to collect extortion monies, and falsely accusing them of this and that charge ; killed one of Sri Lanka’s top editor Lasantha Wickremesinghe; jailed Sri Lanka’s best army Commander Sarath Fonseka after dragging him like a dog ; chased away SL’s first female chief justice unlawfully; plundered the assets of Kotalawela ,a leading businessman and entrepreneur ; set fire to our Lanka e news website portal ; borrowed recklessly and profligately four fold more than any other government after independence ,that is borrowing Rs. 9000,000 million(Rs. 9000 billion) ! and plunging the country into an irretrievable economic abyss; broke even the Museums to rob valuable artifacts ; threatened the Mahanayakes with bombing the Dalada Maligawa yard when they and Sangha members wanted to hold discussions after Fonseka was jailed; killed his own advisor and friend Bharatha Lakshman .
Hence the Sri Lankans are never again going to bring back the Rajapakses to power after knowing well their putrid antecedence . Mahathhayo , the masses are in mortal fear of these rascals and scoundrels who could run amok like ‘rabid dogs’ and ‘stray dogs’ if they capture power again. It is only the wild discarded bum licking dogs of the CaFFE , the two legged beasts shunned by even the dog community only will shout ‘jayawewa’ when the Rajapakse rabid dogs and stray dogs come marching and itching.
We therefore assured the politico of the South who was concerned that Rajapakses may recapture power , that they will never ever be able to capture political power again based on what we have revealed hereinbefore.''
