(Lanka-e-News -14.Sep.2016, 11.30PM) The grade nine qualified (disqualified) moron cum corrupt crooked Rajapakses’ minion was warned by Ven. Malwatte Asgiriya Mahanayake Thimbatuwawe Sri Siddhartha Thera not to indulge in falsehoods which are by no means acceptable , and instill unnecessary fear among the people by alleging that the proposed new constitution is deleterious and dangerous.
The Mahanayake issued this stern warning when the nincompoop Weerawansa along with a group of his NFF nitwits went and met the Ven. Mahanayake at the Malwatte Vihara on the 13 th.
When this passport fraudster and trickster told Ven. Mahanayake the new constitution will militate against the country’s sovereignty , and unitary state , the Ven, Mahanayake snubbed him with the aforementioned answer while warning him .
The Mahanayake made it abundantly clear to this moronic scoundrel that the president and the P.M. have given him a solemn assurance that there is nothing in the new constitution which contributes to creation of divisions . The Ven. Mahanayake also asserted they are true Buddhists and therefore he has implicit faith in the president and the P.M. Hence the Ven . Mahanayake sternly warned Weerawansa alias Modawansa and his group of nitwits not to blabber and criticize out of turn , out of time and out of point , just to frighten the masses by uttering unacceptable lies until the new constitution is presented to the public for their views.
A journalist who was around when the grade 9 qualified Weerawansa the moron was warned by the Ven . Mahanayake speaking to Lanka e news said , being a nincompoop who just managed to pass grade 9, and has no knowledge at all on the subjects : social studies or civilization or basic points relating to the constitution , it is doubtful whether this stray buffoon could understand even the warning given by Ven. Mahanayake.
Under the new constitution that is to be tabled in parliament in March next year , irrespective of the powers that are going to be divided of the Central government , the power relating to the subject of environment will be devolved not pertaining to environmental planning but environmental policy implementation ,a member of the constitution formulation committee told Lanka e news.
Since the time has come not to confine the subject of environment to a country ,and is now global following a single policy , it will be foolish to formulate policies that devolve power district wise , he pointed out.
When Lanka e news inquired about the other grounds which support non devolution of such power , the formulation committee member replied discussions are still on going .
