(Lanka-e-News -09.Oct.2016, 11.30PM) President Maithripala Sirisena who is currently in Thailand had instructed the security chiefs to conduct an impartial investigation into the incident that took place in a night club at Slave Island this morning(09), and enforce the law against the suspects irrespective of their status or ranks.
It is learnt that a group of the presidential security division (PSD) that sought to enter the club had got entangled in a conflict with the security detail of the club , and attacked them , as a result of which a glass pane of the club had been broken.
Cashing in on this incident , the defeated discarded politicos via mudslinging websites have sought to vilify president’s son , Daham Sirisena and carried on a campaign against him. A pro Rajapakse infamous website mafia group of Sri Lanka in the name of a rascal who fled the country and is hiding in England after getting caught for preparing forged deeds and selling properties , has spearheaded this mudslinging campaign. There is in fact an Interpol warrant against this crook

The president has given unequivocal instructions to take action immediately against all those involved no matter their status or positions.
