(Lanka-e-News- 09.June.2015, 11.30PM) It is reported that leaders in the “Campaign for Just a Society” showed their resentment against lawyer Shiral Lakthilake who was once a federal activist and later became a stooge of Kili Maharajah and racist Jathika Hela Urumaya and his group for deceiving Ven Maduluwawe Sobitha by taking and seated him along with drug dealers and thug politicians.
This incident happened yesterday(08) during a meeting held at Vihara Maha Dewi Park. Although this was pretended to show that this was organized by the group which supports the 20th amendment this was truly organized by the pro Rajapaksa group who was extremely polluted and gourmandized with Rajapaksa for nine long years accepting all his bestial policies and fought until January 8th and got defeated and now trying to hide themselves behind Maithri trying to appear as Mr. Right after he became the SLFP leader. Kudu Duminda, Kudu Lansa and Mervin Silva to tied a public worker in a tree too were attended the meeting. The meeting was convened in such a hurry that the posters were pasted only in the morning.
Shiral Lakthilake and his group has taken Ven Sobitha for the meeting on sly without informing that it was attended by drug dealers and pretended that it was attended by other leaders of the Campaign for Just a Society. When Ven Sobitha came to the stage came to know that he was deceived after he sat along with Kudu Duminda and Mervin Silva. None of the members of the Campaign for Just a Society has attended the meeting. He has later realized that he was being deceived by Shiral and his group.
The other leaders of the Campaign for Just a Society who spoke with Ven. Sobitha has emphasized him that Shiral Lakthilake, Champika Ranawaka, ven Athuruliye Rathna, Dr. Rajitha are taking Maithripala Sirisena towards racism and briefed Ven. Sobitha to understand the intrigue of dragging him towards that and advised him to inform them if there is an invitation.
Ven. Sobitha who was displeasured for sitting with drug dealers and murderers have complied to other members of the “Campaign for Just a Society” that he would discuss with them and attend any future meetings.
