Dear Hon . Prime Minister ,
As a concerned and responsible citizen , I deem it is my duty to bring forth to your honor’s notice , perhaps the biggest calculated fraud in the history of Sri Lanka involving a most important Institution –Sri Lankan Airlines .It is such frauds committed by our bureaucrats , not to mention the unscrupulous politicos of this country that our economy is tottering and the country is driven to irretrievable despair .
I wish to draw your Honor’s kind attention to page five of the document attached herewith which would reveal the pathetic plight of a most important Institution of Sri Lanka. While this must be an Institution that should be exemplary and most profit making , it had been dragged down to fit the description - the most fraudulent Institution in the history of Sri Lanka . It is so unimaginably colossal that it is much worse than those highlighted by the media in recent times.
Weliamuna’s BOI report exposed some of the cases but those revelations could not even bring to surface 25 % of the most diabolic and deadly instances.
Ajith Dias the new chairman, Sunil Peiris a Director and Suren Ratwatte (brother of Charith Ratwatte ) the CEO constitute the major obstacle to credible and transparent investigations . It is a pity , instead of apprehending the culprits they have themselves taken their places to aid and abet the crooks and criminals. Hence the best move would be to conduct a true and proper investigation with the sincere intention to clean up this Institution , in order that this crooked troika shall be packed and sent home immediately , for they can otherwise not only rig the investigations , but even cause more serious damage to the Institution individually and collectively by covering up the frauds , and shielding the corrupt heads of the Airline. They are a united group engaged in fraudulent activities committed with impunity .I believe the attached document will suffice to take action.
As a corrupt group they are safeguarding and shielding the other crooked heads of the departments, which is natural, being crafty and cunning crooks they have strong motives to shield each other. Your honor will understand this is a fraud that is multifold graver than the Central Bank scam. Though there is an Internal Audit division and a senior manager ,Internal audit Mahesh Shirantha Nanayakkara is another of the same ilk as Mohan Peireis ex CJ. He is another accomplice in these frauds extending support to the massive illicit operations , and responsible for the current chaos and financial mess of the Airline. One among his many grave malpractices was his claiming the salary twice for his driver and getting caught red handed in that petty theft to the cashier. Being buddies of a feather who rob together he was saved by Manoj Gunawardena (Sajin Vaas’ brother) .
We have already lodged a complaint with the Chartered Institute accountants of Sri Lanka , and the CIMA to cancel his membership . He was the one who was mainly responsible for the A 350 deal . The government has to pay nearly Rs. 15 million now as penalty owing to that.
In the circumstances , we shall be most thankful if your honor would use your good office to probe into this massive fraud with a view to track down the culprits irrespective of party affiliations and mete out deterrent punishment to every one of them in the best interests of the nation without delay.

These allegations appear to someone making a personal attack and without
concrete substance, which he could have laid out one by one if he is the know.
This kind of accusations does not hold true.
