(ලංකා ඊ නිව්ස් -2016.ජූලි.11, ප.ව.5.00) මැදමූලන චෞර රාජපක්ෂ පවුලේ තෙවැනියා ලෙස හොර පෙරකදෝරු නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ මන්ත්රීවරයා විසින් මාතෘභූමියේ වටිනා ඉඩමක් විදේශීය සමාගමකට ලබා දීම සඳහා රු. කෝටි 7 ක මුදලක් කප්පම් හෝ කොමිස් ලෙස ලබා ගැනීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මූල්ය අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ කොට්ඨාශය හෙවත් FCID ය අද අත් අඩංගුවට ගෙන කොටුව මහේස්ත්රාත්වරිය ලංකා ජයරත්න වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර ඔහු ලබන 18 වෙනිදා දක්වා රිමාන්ඩ් බන්ධනාගාර ගත කිරීමට විනිසුරුවරිය නියෝග කළාය.
නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ විසින් සිදුකරන ලද මූල්ය අපරාධය හෙවත් කප්පම් හෝ කොමිස් ලබා ගැනීම මෙසේය.
කොළඹ ගෝල්ෆේස් ඉදිරිපිට පැරනි හමුදා මූලස්ථානය තිබූ අක්කර 4 හමාරක ඉඩම විකිණීමට රාජපක්ෂ රෙජීමය විසින් තීරණය කරන ලදී. එය ඉන්දියානු ක්රිස් නමැති සමාගමට ලබා දීම වෙනුවෙන් නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ එම සමාගමෙන් රු. මිලියන 70 ක් හෙවත් කෝටි 7 ක් කප්පම් හෝ කොමිස් මුදලක් ලබාගෙන තිබේ.
ක්රිස් සමාගම විසින් මෙම කප්පම් මුදල වූ රු.කෝටි 7 ගෙවා තිබුනේ නිමල් පෙරේරා නමැති අයෙකුගේ ගිණුමටය. නිමල් පෙරේරා විසින් එම මුදල නාමල් රාජපක්ෂගේ අතට ලබා දුන් බව නිමල් පෙරේරාගෙන් ප්රශ්න කිරීමේදී ඔහු පාපෝච්ඡාරණය කෙළේය.
මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් නාමල් රාජපක්ෂගෙන් ප්රශ්න කරද්දී ඔහු කියා සිටියේ එම මුදල කාල්ටන් රග්බි තරඟාවලිය සඳහා ලබා දුන් මුදලක් බවයි. මන්ද යත් නිමල් පෙරේරා ඒ වන විට කාල්ටන් ක්රීඩා සමාජයේ සභාපති වරයා ලෙස කටයුතු කරමින් සිටි බැවිනි.
නමුත් පරීක්ෂණ වලදී හෙලි වූයේ රග්බි තරඟාවලිය සඳහා සියලු වියදම් එම තරඟාවලියට සහභාගී වූ රග්බි ක්රීඩා සමාජ 8 ක් විසින් සහ වෙනත් අනුග්රාහකයන් විසින් දරා ඇති බවයි. නාමල් ක්රිස් සමාගෙමන් ලබා ගත් කෝටි 7 න් සත පහක් හෝ රග්බි තරඟාවලිය සඳහා වියදම් කර නැත.
නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ අත් අඩංගුවට පත්ව අධිකරණය වෙත ගෙන යද්දී ජනමාධ්යයට කියා සිටියේ “යහපාලනය තමයි“ කියාය. එය සත්යයකි. ජනවාරි 8 දා යහපාලනය ජය නොගත්තේ නම් නාමල් රාජපක්ෂලා තවමත් මව් බිමේ වටිනා දේපොල විදේශීය සමාගම් වලට විකුණමින් කප්පම් සහ කොමිස් ලෙස කෝටි ගණන් තම ගිණුම් වල දමා ගන්නවා ඇත.
FCID ය මීට පෙර බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ සහ යෝෂිත රාජපක්ෂ දෙදෙනාද මූල්ය අපරාධ සම්බන්ධයෙන් අත් අඩංගුවට ගෙන අධිකරණයේ නඩු පවරා තිබේ. නාමල්, රාජපක්ෂ පවුලේ තුන්වෙනියා ය. හතර වැනියා සහ පස් වැනියා කව්දැයි යහපාලනප්රේමී ජනතාවට ඉදිරියේ දැක බලා ගත හැකි වනවා ඇත.

The arrest of anyone for a small or huge or whatever the offense and irrespective of the person is a great sign of a society which is civilized and which administer the proper law & order. People [ average ] are easily dragged into mere political illusions sometimes because of their ignorance or may be they are so blind and partisan to one clang for the whole life time. Time has gone passed to get out of this fabulous dream world and to think of the present & future of the country and for its existence for the sake of future generation. If not, our children will not have a land to live happily & peacefully. Time has come to say "NO'' to bribery & corruption. It Suffered and suffered enough and now please do not make baseless slogans saying that " is this yahapalanaya" and so on. Yes, "yahapalanaya" is this. Yahapalanaya means the society which does not allow its henchman or the rulers themselves to rob people's wealth like this. The person being the son of a former president does not carry an immunity over the law of the land. They must be punished with the maximum sentences/jail terms and fines for the reason that in addition to the mense rea of robbing people's money, they abused power vested with them given by the people [people's vote] to do these crimes. Let the justice do the rest. So please.. people do not panic. Namal the world renounced bogus lowyer, the man who tried to built "hetak for himself" [not tharunyata hetak] will come and give you and your children peanuts. So do not cry. Do not exhibit your foolishness for coughing to the credit of Namal's account. However, these daily basis arrests are now becoming a joke as well. These large scale frauds should be prosecuted in higher courts giving priority like Trial-at-Bar in special crimes. What the Magistrate court can impose is just 2 years imprisonment and a fine of 1500/- Sri Lankan rupees. Laughing stock.
