It is incredible but true! Elephant rogue judge Thilina only fulfils bail conditions next day (video)

-Shame ! Kanishka his bosom pal overturns sacrosanct justice – prostitutes his official position..!

(Lanka-e-News -04.June.2016, 11.45PM)  The bail granted by Gangodawila magistrate Kanishka Wijeratne to Thilina Gamage is unlawful , and the follow up action too is illegal , said lawyer Lakshan Dias while adding the lofty judicial powers have been used by judge Kanishka most disgracefully  in a way that is tantamount to prostitution of his official position

After the bail was granted lastday ,Thilina the accused went home , but  the bail conditions  were fulfilled  only next day at about 1.00 p.m.

Thilina was released on cash bail of Rs. 500,000.00 plus four surety bails in sums of Rs. 2.5 million each. If the bail conditions are to be fulfilled on the following day , the accused has to be  in remand  custody and not in his home. Yet , in this instance the accused went home yesterday  and came next day to make the cash payment and fulfill the bail conditions.

This concession was not requested by Thilina’s lawyers. Therefore it is his bosom pal Kanishka  a cheat  like him who had made these sly arrangements favoring Thilina.

Though the CID had requested the relevant case recordings , Kanishka has taken them home without complying with the request.

At  a media discussion against corruption , Lakshan Dias who  roundly condemned and castigated these dastardly and deceitful actions warned  , this is a foretaste of things to come  , and it is an index once again we are moving  in the direction of the previous lawless era. The minister of justice and the Judicial Service Commission should compulsorily conduct an investigation into this, Lakshan pinpointed.

Lakshan ‘s statement is hereunder
