With the failure of an attempt to exploit the Fund for Response to Loss and Damage (FRLD) due to a previous revelation by us, the Director of the Disaster Management Center (DMC), Anoja Seneviratne, has now begun implementing the next phase of undermining the country's financial stability and international trust.

Information in this regard is being reported to us through highly reliable insiders in the Ministry of Defense, DMC, and the United Nations (UN) Colombo office.

An attempt to prevent millions of dollars in relief that the country is due....

According to the official GRADE assessment of the devastation caused by Cyclone Ditwah issued by the World Bank and presented to Parliament by the President, the total damage to the country was US$ 4.1 billion. The government expected to obtain a decisive 'haircut' from the IMF based on this data.

However, the fake PDNA (Post-Disaster Needs Assessment) report prepared by Anoja Seneviratne and her hacker colleagues deliberately reduced the damage by 50% to $ 2 billion.

Anti-state statement and policy theft at BMICH....

On February 10, at the PDNA Validation Workshop held at BMICH, she strongly criticized the government in front of international delegates and the media.

During the Ditwa cyclone, she presented false information that women and girls in the camps were subjected to sexual violence (GBV) and that the government's early warning systems failed.

She also publicly belittled the policy measures taken by the Presidential Task Force (PTF) and the 'Rebuilding Sri Lanka' Fund, without including them in any assessment reports.

Protocol-Breaking 'UN' Relationship and the Push of the Ministry of Defense....

UN agencies do not deal directly with a junior officer, bypassing the head of a state institution. That has not happened in the case of Anoja Seneviratne. If so, who is doing it? How? The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) should immediately issue a 'red light' to the UN Resident Coordinator on this.

According to the information we have received, the political patronage for all these shady operations is provided by a Coordinating Secretary to the Deputy Minister of Defense, Indu Kumara Jayawickrama. The information about the extremely personal relationship between him and Anoja is not a secret even within the Ministry of Defense.
